Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable data integration frameworks and Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SAP BODS and IBM DataStage.
• Develop and maintain robust data models, including Star/Snowflake schemas and SCD implementations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for Oracle databases.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, enforcing code reviews and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP BODS and IBM DataStage.
• Advanced SQL development and Oracle database expertise.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with Redwood scheduling and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or Synapse.
