You will lead data science initiatives by building and deploying advanced analytical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, explore, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop, train, and validate predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
• Build and maintain data preprocessing and transformation pipelines to ensure data quality.
• Design and run A/B tests and experimental studies to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and core Machine Learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong command of SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Predictive Modeling and Data Science workflows.
• Cloud platform experience using AWS or Azure.
• Ability to apply advanced AI techniques, including large language models.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data tools like Spark, Databricks, Kafka, or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of MLOps platforms such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
