Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including integration and deployment activities.
• Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas components to meet business requirements.
• Drive technical standards, code/design reviews, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Support CRM data and solution integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Microsoft CRM/Power Platform development
• Power platform (Power Platform)
• Canvas (Canvas apps/components)
• Enterprise solution delivery with strong technical ownership
• Integration-focused CRM development and release readiness

Good to Have:

• C#
• .NET
• Power BI

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
