Description

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including integration and deployment activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Canvas components to meet business requirements.
• Drive technical standards, code/design reviews, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Support CRM data and solution integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Microsoft CRM/Power Platform development.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform Canvas apps and components.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions with strong technical ownership.
• Proven ability in integration-focused CRM development and release readiness.
• Ability to lead technical standards and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with Power BI.
