Description

Lead engineering efforts and manage distributed teams to deliver complex technical projects. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering team and collaborate with distributed teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan capacity, identify resources, and track release progress.
• Define DevOps best practices and implement security measures within the DevOps lifecycle.
• Assess delivery risks, identify bottlenecks, and manage critical issues to maximize business value.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Kubernetes Management and Rancher.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong competence with GitLab CI-CD, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Terraform scripting.
• Proficiency in Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Proven ability to manage teams and work with distributed stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of integrating security into DevOps processes.
