Description

Lead fullstack architecture and engineering for B2B Contract Pricing and CPQ platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Own the architecture and technical roadmap for Contract Pricing and CPQ platforms.
• Design scalable pricing engines and real-time customer-specific contract workflows.
• Build enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive engineering excellence via CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Frontend development experience with Angular and/or React.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures on Azure.
• Proven technical leadership or people management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Microsoft Copilot.
