Description

You will lead identity and access management projects by bridging business requirements and IT delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive interdisciplinary IAM and cybersecurity projects from conception to solution delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between customer business departments and technical IAM teams.
• Analyze and document complex business processes to ensure technical alignment.
• Mentor core business consulting team members and provide strategic leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer IAM, or Privileged Access Management.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and IT architecture fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with IAM toolstacks such as OneIdentity, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or SailPoint.
• Strong analytical skills for mapping complex technical and business relationships.
• Advanced presentation and communication abilities.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
