Description

You will lead the development and integration of derivative trading applications in high-load distributed environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from traders, operations, and strats into technical design specifications.
• Develop and integrate derivative trading applications within high-load distributed environments.
• Implement unit and integration test cases using industry-standard automation frameworks.
• Identify and implement technology solutions for system enhancements and new initiatives.
• Document all technical changes required to support business operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java (JDK 8+).
• 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets and trading environments.
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments, including derivatives and fixed income securities.
• Proficiency with message brokers such as ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience setting up cache or in-memory data grids like Redis or Hazelcast.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented techniques, concurrency, and multi-threading.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Boot Actuator, and JMS.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and REST APIs including enterprise authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interfacing with Murex Flex API.
• Understanding of derivative instrument valuation and trade life cycle management.
• Experience with Apache Camel (Version 2 or 3).

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
