Description

Lead development efforts and mentor engineering teams on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in implementing design patterns and maintaining coding standards.
• Build and maintain ASP.NET websites using both WebForms and MVC frameworks.
• Design and develop multithreaded applications and integration platforms.
• Create and consume Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services with integrated security.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues across the stack.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total experience in .NET development with at least 4 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in C# (versions 3.5, 4.0, 4.5) and ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC).
• Strong knowledge of OOOD, design patterns, software architecture, and systems integration.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server 2012, MySQL, MongoDB, and Memcached.
• Experience using Microsoft ADO.NET and LINQ for data access.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML, and XSD.
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• Proficiency with Visual Studio 2013 and SVN source control.
• Experience developing for cloud-based platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage industry data formats including MISMO and ASF.
