Technical leader owning complex network deployments from design through support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain mixed-vendor network infrastructure.
• Lead incident investigations, diagnosis, and service restoration.
• Provide technical consultation for troubleshooting, design, and risk mitigation.
• Guide Level II staff to grow their technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop network maintenance policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting networks.
• 6+ years designing and implementing complex networks.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Palo Alto equipment.
• Strong experience with BGP, RIP, and OSPF routing protocols.
• Expert knowledge of MPLS and Traffic Engineering.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP and deep understanding of network concepts.
• Experience with Unix/Linux system administration.

• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
