Description

You will architect and lead enterprise implementations of Oracle EPBCS and legacy Hyperion migrations, owning the full lifecycle from metadata design to production go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure out-of-the-box Oracle Cloud Planning modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
• Design complex metadata structures, entity hierarchies, custom dimensions, and approval workflows for global business units.
• Oversee data integration pipelines between Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP, data warehouses, and EPM applications.
• Audit application health, optimize calculation scripts and business rules, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Lead development teams through testing, validation, and deployment cycles under tight client deadlines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in administration, design, development, and support of Oracle EPM and Hyperion ecosystems.
• Proven track record of architecting and deploying Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services) for global organizations.
• Active Oracle Cloud EPM Certification, specifically Oracle Planning Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1080).
• Strong working knowledge of integrating data warehouses with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP and EPM environments.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling.
• Ability to work extended hours to provide coverage across EST, CST, and PST business hours.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in Finance or strong foundational background in corporate finance domain principles.
• Experience advising on the deployment of broader Oracle EPM solutions including FCCS (Consolidation) and ARCS (Reconciliation).
