Description

You will lead quality engineering efforts as an individual contributor, focusing on automation framework design and technical mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand architecture and define comprehensive test strategies.
  • Perform regression testing and root cause analysis to ensure quality standards before releases.
  • Mentor junior SDETs and participate in peer code reviews.
  • Improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance overall process efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 10-20 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials Fusion (SaaS) or R12, including GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management.
  • Experience with Treasury Risk Management and system integrations.
