Description

You will lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain customized Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring adherence to best practices and code reviews.
• Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using APIs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and maintain all application documentation.
• Manage deployments, release processes, and participate in Agile sprints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs for data integration.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, administration, and reporting.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Strong skills in data modeling and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Developer or Architect.
