Description

You will lead development teams and drive the technical execution of Salesforce implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and mentor junior developers on technical best practices.
• Design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes.
• Architect data models and manage Salesforce security models and governor limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance optimization challenges.
• Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Mastery of Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce CLI.
• Salesforce Certified App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification.
