Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of full-time Salesforce / CRM development experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex & Future Methods
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components
• SOQL, SOSL & Salesforce APIs
• REST / SOAP APIs & third-party integrations
• Salesforce Flows, Process Builder & Workflow Rules
• Visualforce and legacy Salesforce technologies
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model & Sharing Rules
• Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, Sharing Rules & Record Types
• Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture & Integration Patterns
• Data Loader, Workbench & Salesforce CLI
• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Strong experience with Salesforce deployments, release management and environment management
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC and DevOps practices
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred

Leadership / Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development and technical delivery
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop and review Apex, LWC, integrations and automation
• Lead Salesforce code reviews, technical design and best-practice implementation
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance
• Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA and business stakeholders
• Lead deployment, release and CI/CD activities
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow security, scalability, maintainability and governance standards
