Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for Sales and Service Clouds as the primary subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement new functionality using flows, custom objects, validations, Apex, and custom development.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external tools such as Dialpad, Outreach, and Marketing Cloud.
• Architect technical designs for complex projects using out-of-the-box features and custom code.
• Manage deployment processes in collaboration with Sales Operations and Engineering teams.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical documentation and training on new builds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience in Sales and Service Clouds.
• Expertise in custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and tools such as Heroku.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security principles, and industry compliance standards.
• Experience managing user accounts and administrative functions.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Shield.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
