Description

Lead automated testing for financial crime investigation and workflow management applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own testing of APIs, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform peer code reviews and assign work across the team.
• Manage work within two-week sprints and maintain documentation in Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, grooming, and planning sessions.
• Support and train team members to ensure cross-functional coverage.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 10+ years of Selenium development experience.
• 5+ years of Cucumber and Gherkin development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE, XML, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with BlazeMeter for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with IntelliJ, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level Case Management and Reporting solutions.
