Description

Lead business analysis efforts focused on the ServiceNow platform, driving implementation and optimization of key modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements gathering and technical documentation processes.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define business needs.
• Work independently to deliver analysis within IT service management frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Direct experience with HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Proven ability in requirements management and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
