Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters for engineering teams and deliverables.
• Define non-functional requirements and availability targets for services in application and product lines.
• Collaborate with teams to create observability and reliability designs for complex systems.
• Ensure service level indicators effectively measure customer experience and implement service level objectives.
• Evolve and debug critical components of applications and platforms to maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as an SRE.
• Advanced knowledge in site reliability culture and principles with demonstrated implementation ability.
• Observability implementation across platforms.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Defining and implementing Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities for critical system components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telemetry collection and white/black box monitoring techniques.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and educating team members on reliability principles.
