Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of a business rule engine to extract, ingest, and load data into a standard data model.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement API endpoints to manage automation processes and support frontend components.
• Write scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code while conducting code reviews and maintaining documentation.
• Lead the team in problem-solving, design selection, and implementation strategies.
• Assess and prioritize client feature requests and coordinate with development teams on requirements.
• Participate in all software development lifecycle phases and SCRUM ceremonies within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Extensive experience writing Python scripts in Linux with massive parallelization.
• Strong proficiency in Python library usage and debugging.
• Solid understanding of AWS, specifically S3, ECS, and EC2.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building, testing, and debugging applications.
• Ability to drive technical decisions, debate approaches, and recommend solutions.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL technologies.
