Lead architecture design and implementation for complex technology solutions, focusing on modernization and infrastructure optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable technical architectures that meet business requirements.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and maintain a technical roadmap.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security while documenting design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture or large-scale project management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, or Snowflake.
• Experience with comparable enterprise-scale tools if direct experience with the above is not available.
• Proven ability to oversee system integration and data flow across various technologies.
• Strong background in conducting integration testing and validation.
• Ability to lead technical design reviews and assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Manage system integrations and conduct regular risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies.
