Description

You will lead functional testing efforts and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex projects in Fund Accounting and Investment Banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective test plans, test strategies, and testing approaches for client projects.
• Create automation scripts for project test cases and maintain the test script library.
• Execute regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Manage daily test activities and contribute to project estimations.
• Communicate testing activities and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Deep domain knowledge in Fund Accounting and Investment Banking.
• Proficiency in quality management methods to support defect-free application software.
• Experience with software testing methods, tools, and technologies.
• Understanding of application development methodologies, including principles, processes, and phases.
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment alongside developers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing priorities to meet client and internal requirements.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills for discussing technical solutions with leadership and BAs.
