Produce professional training videos and design interactive courseware using Adobe Suite, Camtasia, and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Record, animate, edit, and post-produce training videos.
• Design interactive content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and AI authoring tools.
• Create visually engaging presentations to enhance learner engagement.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop quizzes and certification exams.
• Manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of learning materials.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in instructional design or video-based learning development.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Captivate.
• Strong visual design and motion graphics skills.
• Ability to apply AI-powered authoring and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Video-focused portfolio showcasing animated explainers and technical demos.
• Experience with AI-based video workflows, including automated voiceovers.
• Background in technical subject areas like networking or cloud infrastructure.
