Description

You will lead business analysis and configuration efforts for STARLIMS systems, bridging laboratory operations with technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
• Assist in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance.
• Analyze laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user stories.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering, use case creation, and execution.
• 10+ years of analytical problem-solving experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory environment (clinical or environmental bench work) or supporting laboratory systems.
• 5+ years of experience with LIMS implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with STARLIMS configuration.
