Description

You will manage Linux operational support, troubleshooting, and upgrades while leading containerization and automation efforts for datacenter services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead containerization initiatives for datacenter services using Docker and OpenShift.
• Direct automation and orchestration of Linux environments using Tanium and other suites.
• Collaborate with architecture groups to design, validate, and configure converged infrastructure.
• Provide technical direction for capacity planning, future installations, and cluster environments.
• Manage infrastructure configuration using tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Linux Administration experience.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with containerization platforms including Docker and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Packer, and Azure.
• 2+ years of experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Storage experience with Dell/EMC and NetApp replication.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, and Cisco products.
