Description

You will provide L3/L4 expert support for Linux OS and infrastructure issues across multinational operations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve alerts and incidents in the Linux OS or infra layer, primarily GCP, IBM, or BareMetal.
• Serve as the L3/L4 escalation point for production issues.
• Troubleshoot, handle incidents, and perform root cause analysis for system failures.
• Execute service requests following established change management processes.
• Streamline standard operating procedures by developing automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration.
• Expert-level Linux knowledge, including kernel architecture and process management.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
• Experience supporting cloud environments, specifically GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to apply ITIL incident management processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and root cause identification.
