Description

You will architect, design, and build critical Linux infrastructure services to maintain a 99.9% uptime objective.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with multiple integrations.
• Automate monitoring, systems of record, and other services.
• Design and implement Linux deployment methods and configuration management.
• Build and maintain critical Linux infrastructure services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Red Hat products in an enterprise environment.
• Senior systems administration experience with RHEL 7, 8, and 9.
• Expert knowledge of Red Hat Linux operating systems and RPM package management.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and BladeLogic.
• Strong programming skills in Shell scripting, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Go/Golang.
• Expertise in process monitoring, utilization, and orchestration.
• Advanced technical and end-user documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Packer, Golden OS image creation, and virtualization technologies like vSphere, vSAN, or NSX.
