Description

Develop core firmware for microcontroller targets and manage Linux internals, driver development, and BSP. Lead a small team through technical mentorship while acting as a SCRUM master.

Responsibilities

• Develop core firmware on various microcontroller targets within Linux environments.
• Work on Linux internals, driver development, BSP, and networking protocols.
• Port applications to Linux platforms and use Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Implement communication and industrial protocols including OPC-UA, MQTT, DPWS, OTA, and RAUC.
• Lead a small team through technical mentorship and act as a SCRUM master within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Linux firmware development and Linux internals.
• Expertise in BSP and driver development.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, NTP, and SNTP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and application porting.
• Proficiency with industrial protocols: OPC-UA, MQTT, DPWS, OTA, and RAUC.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Ability to balance individual technical contributions with team leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience serving as a SCRUM master.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
