Description

You will develop core firmware for microcontroller targets, manage Linux internals, and lead driver and BSP development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core firmware for microcontroller targets within Linux environments.
• Engineer Linux internals, device drivers, and Board Support Packages (BSP).
• Port applications to Linux platforms and manage containerization and deployment using Docker.
• Implement industrial communication protocols including OPC-UA, MQTT, DPWS, OTA, and RAUC.
• Lead a small team through technical mentorship and facilitate Agile SCRUM ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Linux firmware development and Linux internals.
• Expertise in BSP and driver development for embedded systems.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, NTP, and SNTP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and application porting.
• Proficiency with industrial protocols: OPC-UA, MQTT, DPWS, OTA, and RAUC.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Ability to balance individual technical contributions with team leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience serving as a SCRUM master.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
