Description

You will manage and optimize Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems across virtualized and non-virtualized environments, ensuring performance and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware HPE SimpliVity hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and environments.
• Implement virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere and HPE SimpliVity.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate system administration tasks through scripting and automation tools.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere.
• Experience managing HPE SimpliVity hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting for task automation.
• Experience with mass storage allocation and system-wide software installation.
• Ability to manage administrator and service accounts and maintain system documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree.
