Description

You will manage and maintain Linux-based infrastructure environments, ensuring system stability and security across distributed deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and troubleshoot Linux systems across RPM and Debian distributions.
• Perform system hardening and security configuration tasks to maintain compliance.
• Manage package deployments and network configurations using modern tooling.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative workflows.
• Read, write, and manage YAML and JSON configuration files.

Required Skills

• Minimum eight years of UNIX/Linux engineering and administration experience.
• Deep expertise in RPM and Debian-based distributions.
• Proficiency with RPM tools including ip, dnf, and nmcli.
• Experience with apt, ubiquity, debian installer, and ufw.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Perl.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
