Description

You will manage database administration, backend development, and system maintenance across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer SQL Server and Oracle databases, including user authentication management and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using queries, stored procedures, and job maintenance.
• Collaborate with development teams on SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Perform .NET application development and hands-on programming in Linux/Unix environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project records.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in database and systems administration.
• 5-8 years of backend software design experience focusing on SQL Server and stored procedures.
• Expertise in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies including ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, and VB.NET.
• Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting for Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Transact-SQL, MySQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and VBScript.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DB2.
• AI experience.
• Project management experience.
