Description

Lead the technical development and deployment of Large Language Model applications and agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI/ML teams through complex technical challenges from concept to delivery.
• Build and deploy LLM-based applications into production environments.
• Design agent-based architectures and orchestration frameworks using multi-agent systems like Langraph.
• Implement monitoring and observability frameworks to track LLM performance in production.
• Optimize, fine-tune, and train models to ensure effective decision-making and autonomy in agentic control systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, GPT-based models, and OpenAI.
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks and multi-agent coordination.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML applications at scale on cloud infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source projects, research papers, or AI/ML conference speaking engagements.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, or multimodal hybrid models.
