Senior Load Balancer Engineer

You will manage and optimize load balancing solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. You will own the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of F5 VIPRION LTM and GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations from physical F5 hardware to virtual F5 LTM/GTM instances.
• Manage global and local load balancing, SSL acceleration, and DNS.
• Optimize traffic via HTTP compression and caching.
• Administer network systems across AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting F5 VIPRION based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of F5 VIPRION LTM and GTM systems.
• Experience with virtual F5 VIPRION LTM/GTM and physical-to-virtual migrations.
• 3+ years of experience as a network administrator using Cisco network equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based load balancers, servers, and network systems.
• Proficiency with AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ARVI.
• Strong understanding of SSL acceleration, HTTP compression, caching, and DNS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (or equivalent years of experience).
