Description

You will lead data migration field mapping and execution for the Service Plant Maintenance Module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex data migration for plant maintenance across multiple sites and divisions.
• Map data fields for the service workstream using Smart Data Sheets.
• Manage maintenance order workflows and functional requirements within a single configuration.
• Travel to Canada and the US for up to two weeks at a time during major project milestones, approximately 4-5 times per year.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data migration or related functional roles.
• Deep expertise in M3 data migration, specifically within Plant Maintenance.
• Proficiency in M3A/M3 Applications, specifically Maintenance Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management and Database tasks.
• Strong skills in Technical Documentation and Project Management.
• Ability to manage Risk Management and Product Management tasks within a migration context.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Industry knowledge in Distribution, Facilities Management, or Industrial Manufacturing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex, multi-site configuration migrations.
