Description

You will design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines to enhance intelligent search solutions and member experience.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML frameworks using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for decision support.
• Build and manage ML pipelines connecting platform, AI, and channel teams.
• Extend intelligent search functionality with advanced natural language and retrieval capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate AI models into enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related software engineering.
• Strong practical understanding of RAG and LLMs.
• Experience implementing or utilizing Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices for ML pipelines and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with Knowledge Base architecture and integration into enterprise applications.
• Experience with data storage, ETL processes, and enterprise data systems.
