Description

You will design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and frameworks to enhance member experience and decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Extend intelligent search functionalities using advanced natural language and retrieval capabilities.
• Build and manage ML pipelines connecting platform, AI, and channel teams with a focus on DevOps.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for decision support.
• Apply Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and integrate Knowledge Bases for dynamic AI responses.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate AI models with data pipelines and enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related software engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing and coding AI/ML solutions end-to-end using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices for ML pipelines and model deployment (CI/CD, containerization).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments, specifically Azure.
• Familiarity with Data Pipelines, ETL Processes, and integration with Data Lakes.
• Experience utilizing or implementing Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and Knowledge Base architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 5+ years of working experience in ML engineering.
• Ability to work independently as the sole hire for this role.
