Description

You will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and systems to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning systems, including algorithms and deep learning models.
• Implement and optimize ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.
• Manage the transition of models from prototype to production via deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and Spark.
• Experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R, C++, or Java.
