Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning systems for recommendation, personalization, and generative AI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Prototype, evaluate, deploy, and maintain models in production environments.
• Design A/B tests and analyze results to communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to apply ML and NLP across web, email, and paid marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve core business problems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of practical experience in software engineering and machine learning.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, statistics, and Recommender Systems.
• Experience with NLP and LLM prompt engineering.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with big data technologies including Snowflake and Spark.
• Proven track record of leading model deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of A/B test design and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with online businesses.
