You will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning systems to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML algorithms and deep learning models.
• Implement and optimize models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Build scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.
• Manage model transitions from prototype to production via deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or multi-agent systems).
• Knowledge of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and Spark.
• Experience with MLOps: model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R, C++, or Java.
