You will design, prototype, and scale AI-powered solutions to address business challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead technical data and AI challenges.
• Prototype intelligent agents, recommender systems, and data-driven apps.
• Establish frameworks to track and measure AI experiment success against business value.
• Evaluate and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities for cross-functional teams.
• Co-design and run hackathons and incubation programs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms, including Databricks, Azure, and SAP BTP.
• Experience implementing modern MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Strong hands-on experience translating complex concepts into working prototypes.
• Experience facilitating hackathons or innovation sprints.
• Proven ability to work across distributed data and compute environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical progress into business impact.
