You will design, develop, and research machine learning systems and models within the Adtech space.
Responsibilities
Develop real-time algorithms for exchange optimization and extract patterns from high-volume, high-dimensional datasets.
Design experiments, oversee A/B testing, and build dashboards to monitor model performance.
Transform data science prototypes into production-ready systems and maintain existing ML frameworks.
Perform statistical analysis to improve models and identify data distribution shifts.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to design end-to-end data science products.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer in an industry setting.
Proven track record of taking data science projects from concept to production.
Proficiency in Python, including both functional and object-oriented programming.
Strong expertise in SQL, PySpark, TensorFlow, and Sklearn.
Experience developing or supporting high-performance APIs.
Fluent in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, physics, operations research, economics, or behavioral sciences.
Preferred Skills
PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
Experience working within the advertising industry.
