Description

You will design, develop, and research machine learning systems within the Adtech space, transforming data science prototypes into production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time algorithms for exchange optimization and extract patterns from high-volume, high-dimensional datasets.
• Design experiments, oversee A/B testing, and build dashboards to monitor model performance.
• Perform statistical analysis to improve models and identify data distribution shifts.
• Maintain existing ML frameworks and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to design end-to-end data science products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer in an industry setting.
• Proficiency in Python, including both functional and object-oriented programming.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PySpark, TensorFlow, and Sklearn.
• Experience developing or supporting high-performance APIs.
• Fluent in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
• Proven track record of taking data science projects from concept to production.
• Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, physics, operations research, economics, or behavioral sciences.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
• Experience working within the advertising industry.
