Description

Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for perception and computer vision tasks. You will conduct applied research using modern architectures and integrate solutions into production pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize deep learning models for perception, handling occlusion and lighting variations.
• Conduct applied research using Vision Transformers, self-supervised learning, and vision-language models.
• Implement model distillation, quantization, and optimization for efficient deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Solve complex real-world perception problems using strong analytical skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning applied research.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with modern architectures: ViT/Transformers, vision-language models, and zero-shot detection.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with experiment tracking tools like MLflow.
• Proven ability to solve complex real-world perception problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model distillation and quantization.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized workflows.
