Description

You will design and implement machine learning systems for recommendation, personalization, and generative AI across multiple business verticals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of ML models to solve problems in customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Automate ETL pipelines and deploy, evaluate, and maintain models in production environments.
• Design A/B tests and analyze experimental results to drive project next steps.
• Identify new opportunities to apply NLP and customer modeling across web, email, and paid marketing channels.
• Communicate technical progress and data interpretations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience in Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical and statistical programming, specifically using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing and LLM prompt engineering.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with big data technologies including Snowflake and Spark.
• Proven track record of leading the deployment and maintenance of models.
• Knowledge of A/B test design and analysis.
• Experience building and automating ETL pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
