Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and conversational dialog flows in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable and reusable conversational dialog flows using Python and RASA.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code, perform code reviews, and debug issues.
• Automate model monitoring to detect data and model drift.
• Identify and implement automation for recurring operational issues to improve stability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical design sessions, and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying and debugging machine learning models in production.
• Solid experience with AWS and cloud platform deployment.
• Practical experience with MLOps and its ecosystem components.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Experience with RASA.
• Strong understanding of system design, application development, and testing.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and optimizing conversational AI models.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and data streaming tools.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
