Description

You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models for automotive applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models for automotive use cases.
• Translate research papers into practical ML solutions.
• Train large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video) using quantization and FSDP.
• Build data pipelines, model serving systems, and cloud-based training environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enforce software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in PyTorch.
• Strong experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience training large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video).
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices (unit testing, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with behavior learning, language models, or computer vision state-of-the-art.
• Knowledge of distributed training techniques (model/data parallelism).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, dataset management, and model serving.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-ready implementation.
