Description

You will design and build machine learning capabilities to provide visibility into endpoint health and support global engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create features that improve visibility into endpoint health for customers.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to design and build new capabilities for the platform.
• Execute functional requirements from ideation to delivery on the science side.
• Deliver models and science systems into production on the platform side.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• Experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Experience collecting and tailoring large datasets for training.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across research and product teams.
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading the development of generative models and their applications.
• Expertise in natural language processing and practical experience with transformer-based language models.
• Experience developing complex applications leveraging API-based LLMs.
