Description

You will own the design, development, and productionization of ML models and GenAI solutions. You lead technical initiatives and mentor teams while ensuring robust data pipelines and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM or GenAI solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Lead technical teams and manage delivery for onshore-offshore projects.
• Ensure model governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices in regulated environments.
• Productionize ML models, optimizing for performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of overall engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, for ML deployment.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to production.
• 2+ years of people or technical team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and deploying LLM or GenAI solutions.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, or regulated industries.
