Description

You will drive the development of personalized AI experiences by training and fine-tuning large language models.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and train the Phi3.5 base model using historical user data to enhance personalization.
• Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets regarding user behavior, purchasing habits, and channel preferences.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve model performance and engagement.
• Monitor model effectiveness continuously and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Collaborate with data scientists, marketers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning.
• 5+ years of experience focused on natural language processing and large language models.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models, specifically Phi3.5 or GPT-3.5 architectures.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience managing large-scale datasets and familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Background in marketing analytics, user behavior analysis, or recommendation systems.
